Initiating volunteerism and meeting the needs of our community and bringing about the type of lasting change only possible through the involvement of our young people.

Article Featured in the Altoona Mirror October 23rd:

"United Way Youth Leadership Board members presented MaryAnn Burger of Blair County's Children and Youth Services with a $500 check earmarked for teens who will graduate from high school in 2009 so they can purchase yearbooks, school rings or senior pictures.
